All project funds have/will be distributed as follows:

Royalties from sales are set at
7.5% and distributed as outlined in the table above.The whole point of our project was to put the artist and the community at the forefront of the space and
70% is our commitment to the artist and the community - a detailed breakdown of how this will be used will all be published.The project treasury was seeded with
283.14 ETH following the mint. This was or will be used to:
- Pay all of the project team members from the initial mint (of which there were 18).
- Pay the project team who continue to support and run the project.
- Fund development of the brand and project. This may be in the form of events, merchandise or development, or any other work undertaken for the Loser Club brand.
- A proportion will always be reserved to cover company taxes.
Below, we have provided a basic flow for how decisions will be made with regards to holder proposals for spending of project treasury funds.
The following threshold must be met for voting on proposals at each of the following stages:
- Community Proposals: A set number of voters must be included in the vote to pass a proposal. Thresholds will be decided based on the type of proposal.
- Loser Club Team: A set number of voters must be included in the vote to pass a proposal.
- J'Von: All proposals will have the final approval of J'Von.
